Smol-DorNII-Project Ltd. (Smolensk city) was established in 2006 as a company specializing in engineering services for the public road system, including:
1. Construction monitoring (engineering supervision) for construction, reconstruction and capital repair of highways and structures thereon.
2. Designing and engineering surveys of highways and artificial structures. (Development of the design and detailed documentation for construction, reconstruction, capital repair and repair of highways, artificial structures on highways, objects of the public road system, including investment assessments. Provision of information and advice services during designing of objects of highway construction and of the public road system.)
3. Diagnostics, surveying, certification and testing of highways and artificial structures. (Pre-project study and evaluation of the condition of exploited highway sections and bridges, study and evaluation of highway objects quality before putting them into operation.)

4. Construction monitoring of transport infrastructure objects of Sochi Olympic Games 2014.
5. Construction, reconstruction of sections of highway A-290 “Novorossiysk – Kerch” (bypassing the city of Anapa).
6. Construction of the access road from highway M-25 “Novorossiysk – the Kerch Strait” to Kerch town and a dry cargo area of the seaport of Taman.
7. Construction, reconstruction of highway M-29 “Kavkaz”, of the access road from the city of Maikop, Republic of Adygea.
